HHT Learn Smart
At Hoylake Holy Trinity, our Learn SMART approach is used to promote excellent behaviour for learning and ensure that our children's attitudes to learning have a strong, positive impact on their progress. A key skill (linked to a character) is promoted fortnightly through a year group assembly and further explored and developed back in the classroom. All teaching areas have the Learn SMART material displayed and this is referred to within lessons. Children, who have excelled in a focus area and consistently displayed this key skill across all subjects, are presented with a Mindset Hero certificate and invited for a 'Hot Choc Friday’ reward.
