Each Thursday, Mrs Pillow meets with her wellbeing club. We think about the 5 ways to wellbeing and use these within our sessions. The children have lots of ideas about things they would like to do to promote their wellbeing. We have had fun doing yoga, lots of different sports outside, exploring the new KS2 area, drawing and creating things, reading new stories and we are looking forward to making our healthy smoothies!
We always start and end our sessions with a good song and some happy breathing!
