How does Hoylake Holy Trinity CE Primary implement the Graduated Approach?
At Hoylake Holy Trinity, SEND support is a cycle known as the Graduated Approach, which is used to establish the best way to help our children in the school environment and identify the most effective ways to support them. This support takes the form of a four-part cycle through which earlier decisions and actions are revisited, refined and revised with a growing understanding of the pupil’s needs and of what supports the pupil in making good progress and securing good outcomes.
